There are two gift inscriptions in the book. One from George Sexton to William Sulzer ("Seward Aug. 28 - 24") ; and a second from Sulzer to another party (on board the SS Victoria, Sept. 1924). Sulzer was once a Governor of New York, the only New York Governor to have been impeached. Bit of light bumping at the spine extremities, and just a bit of light rubbing at the tips of the corners. Just a bit of light rubbing to the spine lettering. Else binding clean. Front hinge just starting. Small stain in the front pastedown. Sexton's name is also inked on the front flyleaf. Else pages clean. Fold-out map at rear. ; 108 pages
